Cliffs of Moher

This is a picture of the Cliffs of Moher. They are located in Shannon, Ireland and it is on the East coast of the country. It is one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen in my life. I went to Ireland in the summer of 2009 and this was one of my favorite places on the trip. The picture does a great job with the lighting. It is sunset and it look awesome shining on the cliffs. This picture is truly unique because it is usually very foggy there but in this one it is clear.

Like I said before it is located in Ireland. It doesnt look neary as impressive in the picture as it does in real life. It is absolutely huge. At some points the cliffs are over 700 feet above the water. I think there was some statistic that said it was the highest cliffs directly next to the ocean in the world.  If you ever go to Irelend you need to go here.

I've always found nature pictures to be the prettiest and it was pretty easy to pick this as the most beautiful. This place as hard top put into words how crazy it is. If I had the option to go again I'd go in a minute. The only other area that came close to this for me was the Pacific coast in California. We took a coastal drive and it was truly amazing. I guess I just love coast lines.
