After four long months the NHL season has finally started up again. The Boston Bruins are off to an odd start. The played in Prague, Czech Republic against the Phoenix Coyotes for their first two games. The two games were complete opposite for the Bruins.
In the first game the Bruins played like absolute trash. They lost a whopping 5-2 to a not so great team. Tuukka Raask didn't look like himself letting in 4 goals, the fifth on an empty net. Not a good way to open the season,
The second game looked as if a whole different team was playing. Tim Thomas got the start in net and had a shutout. What? That was supposed to be what Raask did. The Bruins coasted by 3-0. The rookie Tyler Seguin got his first NHL in the game. Nathan Horton also played really well in the games, scoring 3 goals.
As the Bruins head back to New Jersey, who knows how they will do the rest of the season. Hopefully well.
