Winter X Games 15

This past weekend was the 15th Winter X Games at Buttermilk Mountain in Aspen, Colorado. These games include the best skiiers, snowboarders, and snowmobilers in the world as they battle for gold medals. They are a blast to watch and I found myself watching some every day. I'm big into skiing so I personally was interested in skiing Slopestyle, Big Air, and Half Pipe. I also watched the same events in snowboarding. I was glad to see that the games are becoming more popular as this weekend broke the attendence record from past X Games. Some of the highlights from this year were Shaun White four-peating in snowboarding pipe, Horgmo landing the first ever triple cork, and Sammy Carlson winning skiing slopestyle. It was a great year for the X Games and I already can't wait for next year.
